What being a Bold Summit Athlete looks like
Holistic Assessment -
FMS (Functional Movement Screens), RRA (Ready to Run Analysis), gait analysis, aerobic testing, C02 tolerance, VDOT02 score calculation, nutrition and fueling, race-course analysis, needs analysis, historical training data analysis and DPT evaluations are all apart of your onboarding and monthly check-ins to identify what you need to be successful.
Plan -
Use your assessment data to create tailored warmups, endurance workouts and strength workouts. We discuss your annual goals, block goals and what needs to change outside of training to improve performance, like fueling strategies and overall load management. Everything is loaded into the runDNA app. You’re workouts are emailed to your daily, run workouts downloaded to your Garmin, you are able to put an RPE on your workouts and communicate with us on how they went, what you want to changed, etc.Have Fun & Show Up -
We take the guess work out so all you have to do is show up and let us know how workouts are going via the app. Our athletes are busy with their families and careers. We want training to be sustainable for your family and improve your overall quality of life.
1:1 Check In & Repeat -
Every 5-6 weeks, we carveout out 60 minutes every 5-6 weeks to meet 1:1 via phone, Google Meet or in-person if you are local to Madison, WI. We discuss what’s going well, your next training block and what needs to be changed to improve your performance. Beyond discussion, we re-assess movement patterns and go over new warmups and exercises.

About Us
I’m thrilled you’re taking the bold step to invest in a coach. Your story, goals, and background are completely your own—and your training should reflect that.
Before founding Bold Summit Coaching, I was on track to pursue my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. But as I worked through applications, I kept thinking about adult athletes with big dreams who felt stuck—unsure how to train, struggling with recurring injuries, overwhelmed by cookie-cutter plans, or confused about how strength training fits with endurance work. I realized it didn’t have to be this way. That’s why I started Bold Summit Coaching: to deliver truly individualized coaching that helps you stay healthy, set ambitious goals, smash your next PR, or return to sport after injury or postpartum.
I bring over seven years of coaching experience to every athlete I work with. My career began at Texas Christian University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Movement Science. As a collegiate rower and strength & conditioning intern at TCU, I spent two years honing my craft. After graduation, I joined a private athletic facility in Wisconsin as a strength coach, helping people regain strength after injury, achieve peak performance, and transform their bodies. Plans to coach overseas were derailed by COVID, but that pivot gave me the chance to do what I’m most passionate about: coaching endurance athletes privately and, now, building Bold Summit Coaching.
