How it Works

All athletes receive a functional movement screen to access mobility, strength, stability and power. Runners will receive a specific runner’s readiness assessment along with a gait analysis.

Athletes are reassessed during monthly calls to note progress, change warmups and restructure training.

Functional Screening

Every 4-6 weeks we will hop on zoom call or meet in person to go over the previous and future training blocks. We’ll have fun discussing goals, planning race schedules, and turning movement assessments into a small workout.

If athletes need more 1:1 attention, athletes purchase our Hourly Session Package (6 sessions for $350) intermittently throughout the year. It is common for strength & conditioning athletes to purchase this additional package during onboarding.

All workouts are loaded onto the RunDNA app and emailed to you daily. With the RunDNA app, we can manage weekly training loads for all types of workouts to reduce injury and find your sweet spot for overreaching, building, or maintaining.

Athletes leave their RPE, journal notes and workout comments in the app to note how their workout went or if they need a workout moved. Communication between coaches and athletes is unlimited through the app or via phone.

The human body and life schedules are complex. Considering all the variables for performance is necessary, which is why we always take a holistic approach to improve performance.
